aggression, aggression-- The Violent Femmes, America Is
I've never been a fan of Donald Rumsfeld, but it looks like now he's in a private contest with Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf for the "Bullsh*tter of the Year" award. I promised myself I wouldn't rant too much about the Iraq thing in this space, because there are other people who do it a lot better (and I spend all day watching the news and retorting sarcastic comments to Mr Wiggins-- I have him trained to scream everytime the phrase "hearts and minds" is spoken), but this was too much for my strong aversion to becoming a political blogger.
Does that guy even pay attention to the news? Rumsfeld, it wasn't the vases. I saw the vases. I thought the vases were kind of funny, especially the one that looked like it had fake flowers in it. No, actually, it was the people looting hospitals and trying to take ready-to-eat meals out of a military vehicle that made me think there were some problems in Iraq. Give me a break.
Anyway, enough of that. Look at my beautiful paint job. And it was worth getting ill from the paint fumes just to have a nice, bright, clean space to live in. All that's left are the bedrooms and the bathroom.

And since we're looking at pictures, check out my cool shots from the Bone Room in the Australian Museum. Ooooh, spoooooky...
