We started out on an overcast Friday afternoon and headed north toward Canada and ended up in Chilliwack, where we played mini golf at nearby Cultus Lake. I lost. But only by 3 strokes!
But did that make my dad a good winner? No...
The next day took us to Kelowna, BC. Here's a shot of me outside our B&B that we found, thanks to the Westbank Visitor Info Center.
Kelowna had a lot of cool stuff, including this neat Japanese Garden.

Kelowna is on the shores of Okanogan Lake, which is home of the infamous Ogopogo. Here we are being brutally attacked by this vicious and bizarre wild creature.
Fortunately, we escaped with our extremeties and lives intact. Maybe the Ogopogo wasn't all that hungry that day, having feasted on other tourists.
