I can't believe these babies are almost finished.

It's no longer Socktoberfest, but I haven't given up on these socks. I'm so close! I just have to graft the toes and sew in all the loose ends.

Halfway point

Here they were a week or so ago, just as I was finishing up turning the heels.

Just need some finishing touches

Here they are now! My poor freezing mother can't get them soon enough, if the most recent weather reports from western Washington are any indication.
